In an effort to advance the public relations profession and the professional in the South Florida area, the PRSA Miami chapter is looking for corporate/public sponsorship for a select number of events throughout 2011.

In exchange for your support we will provide you with chapter benefits that will enable you to promote your company or product between member and non-member professionals in the communications field. Take advantage of this opportunity to connect with prospects and/or future consumers.

PRSA Miami Chapter offers the following sponsorship opportunities:

1. Annual sponsor: $1500 per year.

2. Event Sponsor: $500 -- the cost of underwriting food and location costs for one meeting.

Benefits to Annual Sponsors:

The annual sponsorship enables your company to sponsor all the events being held in 2011. This yearly agreement provides consistency of your corporate brand and commitment to further advance the public relations practice in the South Florida area.

• Placement of your company logo and a short company bio on the Miami Chapter www.prsamiami.org web site with a link to your company homepage. 
• Opportunity to be a meeting “host” that includes a two-minute pitch and distribution of literature at two of our slated monthly events.
• Your company’s logo will be included in our “President’s Message” following the events that you sponsored. This is a monthly email correspondence to chapter members.
• Your company can distribute a onetime pre-approved email message PRSA Miami membership database. This message will be crafted by the sponsor and approved by PRSA leadership.
• Three complimentary seats at the “hosted meeting” (exception of the endowment luncheon).
• Promotional signage for display, literature and materials may be provided to PRSA and handed out at the respective event.
• Sponsors will be noted on event listings on the PRSA and Facebook sites with logos.
• Sponsor will be invited to attend and receive formal recognition at end-of-year social from chapter president.

Monthly Event Sponsor Benefits:

• A representative from your company can provide a two-minute introduction at the respective event.
• Two complimentary seats at the hosted meeting.
