JennyLee Molina is a powerhouse in communications and community building, currently serving as Director of Communications for Knight Foundation. A Miami native with deep roots in public affairs, marketing, and digital strategy, she has spent her career creating meaningful connections through storytelling and cultural initiatives.
As the founder of JLPR, JennyLee has led award-winning campaigns across hospitality, wellness, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors. Her expertise in integrated marketing and brand-building has earned her a reputation for turning ideas into movements that resonate far beyond Miami.
Her journey began at global PR firm Burson-Marsteller, but in 2010, she took a leap and launched her own agency. Since then, she has helped international brands make a lasting impact, while also pioneering homegrown initiatives that celebrate Miami’s identity. In 2013, she created 305 Cafecito, making 3:05 p.m. the official cafecito break time, cementing Miami’s love for Cuban coffee into a cultural moment. A year later, she founded 305 DAY, an annual celebration that has grown into a citywide tradition, with Pitbull joining as a partner in 2020.
Her influence extends beyond branding and events. In 2020, she joined the Biden for President campaign as a Digital Communications Creative Associate, helping shape the campaign’s messaging and outreach. She later served as Senior Digital Strategist for Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava, leading digital storytelling and public engagement efforts. In 2024, she played a key role in Hispanic outreach as Constituency Paid Digital Lead for Harris for President.
A champion for the arts, JennyLee co-founded the Leah Arts District in 2015, transforming a section of Hialeah into a cultural hub with murals, creative spaces, and events that celebrate local talent.
